At Health 1ST Center, our philosophy is to treat the cause of your pain instead of just the symptoms. Rather than drugs or invasive surgery, we treat your condition using a hands-on approach including spinal adjustments and/or soft tissue therapy.

Our approach focuses on the relationship between the spine and the central nervous system as the key to complete well being. We concentrate on treating musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries represented by pain in your neck, lower back, shoulder, hip and other areas. These injuries can be caused by a range of events including car accidents, falls, sports, stress, and other traumas. We also treat nerve interference which is a primary cause of headaches, sciatica and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Dr. Mohamed Shalabi is a graduate of Life University’s School of Chiropractic 2001. He is an active member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society, International Chiropractic Association, and the Life College Alumni Association.

He specializes in chiropractic care for the entire family. His dedication and commitment is to help families live healthier lives. His desire is to help more people experience the wonderful benefits of chiropractic care.

Dr. Shalabi lectures to local communities on various topics including health, inspiration, motivation, and personal power. Over his career he has given chiropractic adjustments to patients of all ages, ranging from 2 days old to 100 years old. Dr. Shalabi is passionate and energetic about the chiropractic profession, and it shows in everything he does.
